Courtesy visit to the Office of the Governor of the Erongo Region

On Thursday, 22 January 2026, a delegation comprising Erongo RED’s Management and Board of Directors paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Governor of the Erongo Region. The engagement formed part of the company’s ongoing stakeholder engagement and relationship-building initiatives.

During the visit, Erongo RED’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Immanuel !Hanabeb, briefed the Governor on the company’s mandate, key strategic projects, and ongoing electrification initiatives. He further highlighted Erongo RED’s contribution to regional economic development, with a particular focus on expanding access to reliable electricity and supporting socio-economic growth across the region.

The Governor of the Erongo Region, Honorable Natalia /Goagoses, welcomed the delegation and expressed appreciation for the visit. She commended Erongo RED for its efforts in advancing electricity access and encouraged the company to continue strengthening its impact, particularly in local communities.

The courtesy call reaffirmed Erongo RED’s commitment to collaborative engagement with regional leadership in pursuit of sustainable development and improved service delivery within the Erongo Region.
