Earlier this week, Erongo RED concluded a two-day strategic review session with its Management Team, held from 15 to 16 June 2026. The session was positioned to test the strength of Erongo RED strategic execution. By assessing organisational performance, we understand strategy execution gaps and strengthen corporate strategy execution to achieve our goal.
This engagement provided an interactive platform for Business Units to review their scorecard performance and progress against the 2025/2026 Strategic Plan for the period ending April 2026. Each Business Unit presented an update on the implementation of its approved strategic objectives and key initiatives, highlighting notable achievements, operational challenges and mitigation measures to address areas requiring attention.
The review reaffirmed the importance of strategy execution as a collaborative process that require aligned accountability in achieving Erongo RED’s strategic priorities. It also enabled management to evaluate how each Business Unit contributes to the delivery of corporate objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement. By the end of this session, we should have sharper insight into our execution gaps, clearer priorities for 2026/2027, and stronger ownership of the scorecards that will guide delivery in the year ahead and ensuring Erongo RED remains on course to achieve its goals and set clear priorities for 2026/2027.
